Student Mentoring Program

Student Mentor Program Chairs

One of the wonderful aspects of the Pepperdine Law community is the number of students that want to help their fellow students.  Nowhere is this more evident than the large number of students that volunteer each year to serve as mentors for the entering class.

At this point in the semester, we are witnessing the great annual turnover in the leadership of our student-run organizations.  Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with the new co-chairs of the Student Mentor Program — Tatev, David, and Megan (pictured above).  I am excited that such great leaders have stepped up (once again) to fill such an important role.  It was fun to reflect on the impact these particular students will have in shaping the law school experience for so many students that are planning to attend Pepperdine in the fall.  I can rest assured that these prospective students will be warmly welcomed into our community.

Got to admit, my bias kicked in and got a surge of pride at seeing my offspring stepping up and offering to help!
