In a former life, I spent time as a collegiate basketball coach. One of my most important responsibilities involved recruiting players for the respective schools. Now as an administrator at Pepperdine law school, I continue to have “recruiting” as a responsibility.
It’s that time again as the Fall is when we go out across the country to promote Pepperdine Law. The “recruiting season” is always fun and a great opportunity to meet prospective students and encourage others toward the many virtues of Pepperdine Law.
This year my recruiting schedule will take me to Northern CA, Atlanta, and Houston as I speak with hundreds (hopefully) of students with aspirations of attending law school in the Fall of 2014.
The following is a link of what its like at a “Law school forum”, which are typically sponsored by the LSAC (Law School Admissions Council). It’s often times the first step toward realizing ones law school dreams and I’m so fortunate to be apart of the process helping people learn about why Pepperdine is such a special place.
Wish us luck this year!
