Today is the last day for upper-division finals. By this afternoon, all of our 2Ls will be what we call “rising 3Ls,” and all of our 3Ls will be graduates! Our 1Ls will have to wait one more day for a transition.

- Creditor’s Rights with Professor Scarberry
- California Civil Procedure with Professor Schultz
- Federal Income Taxation of Business Entities with Professor Johnson
- International Environmental Law with Professor Graffy
