I apologize for inserting a sports post on our law school blog, but the picture above from Pepperdine Baseball is exciting news on the Malibu campus! The Pepperdine Waves baseball team advanced to the Super Regionals round this weekend and will play Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, in a best two-out-of-three series. The winner advances to the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
Not all law schools are formally associated with a larger university, and one of the advantages of a school such as ours is the opportunity to enjoy benefits such as athletic teams, theater productions, and the like.
