We were excited to learn late last week that Pepperdine Law alum, preceptor, and current U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte, Jr., was nominated to serve as a federal district court judge for the Central District of California. HERE is an article on the nomination.
If confirmed by the United States Senate, Mr. Birotte will be the third Pepperdine Law alum on the federal bench, joining Judge Beverly Reid O’Connell and Judge Jennifer Dorsey.
